On Filipino Cellphone Sex Scandals

    last night, I was with my friends at home and one of them borrowed a cellphone from another to view the collection of sex scandals in there. I was a bit amazed of how many sex videos that cellphone has. It just went to prove that these kinda stuff isn’t as uncommon it is anymore. And dare I say, isn’t as shocking as it was before too. Don’t get me wrong, I do know some people personally who has "starred" in those kind of videos. One friend of mine even has a collection of his own and he is more than willing to share them with me. I even have friends who are unlucky enough to have their videos spread to other people’s phones. And let me tell you, when you have someone close to you suffer that ordeal, its an unpleasant feeling. Once, I even want to beat the hell out of whoever was responsible for spreading that video.

So Who’s to Blame?
     Once you get over the rage, disgust or excitement, you’ll realize that there’s no one else responsible but those people in those videos. They’re the ones who "documented" their activity, so they are responsible for whatever happens to that video afterwards. Do I think that recording your sexcapades is wrong? Hell No! I completely understand why people would do such things.  And I won’t lie to you and say that I dont find it a turn on. Personally, I do have those sorts of fantasies. Bottomline is, if recording your sexual activites will help your relationships maintain the heat, then you are welcome to do so at your own risk. Just as long as all the people involved agree to doing it.

What can be done to help? 

    If you know someone who is involved in such videos and you have viewed them, don’t be so Over Reactive! People have sex! Get over it! Unless it involves bestiality, pedophilia or any other outrageously disgusting sexual acts, what gives you the right to look at those people with judgemental eyes? So the next time you view a Sex Scandal on somebody’s phone, go ahead and watch, look away or even enjoy it, but when you reach the end of that Video File, MOVE ON! It was just another sexual intercourse, which practically EVERYBODY DOES!
